By using Snowball (operated by Snowee Labs), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Snowball Provides

Snowball is an AI-powered personal copilot that helps you manage relationships, follow-ups, and communications. Snowee, the AI assistant, can draft messages, set reminders, manage your calendar, and deliver briefings.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you share with Snowee
• You must review and approve all outbound messages before they are sent
• You must not use Snowball for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

Approval-First Model

Snowball operates on an approval-first model. Snowee may suggest actions (sending messages, placing calls, scheduling events) but will not execute consequential actions without your explicit approval.

AI Limitations

Snowee is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or produce inaccurate information. Always review AI-generated content before sending it to others. Snowball is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Snowball is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your data seriously and do not sell or share it for advertising.

Service Availability

Snowball is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
