What Snowball Does

Snowball (operated by Snowee Labs) is a personal copilot that helps you remember people, follow up at the right time, and manage your relationships. Snowee, the AI assistant, works across chat, voice, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and iMessage.

Information We Collect

When you use Snowball, we collect:

• Your Google or Microsoft account email (for sign-in)
• Calendar data (events, availability) when you connect your calendar
• Contact information you share with Snowee (names, notes, reminders)
• Conversation history between you and Snowee
• Profile preferences you set (communication style, quiet hours, etc.)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalized assistance (reminders, follow-ups, drafts)
• To connect your calendar and show availability
• To deliver briefings and notifications on your preferred channels
• To improve Snowee's responses based on your conversation history

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Each user can only access their own data. Conversation history and relationship memory are encrypted at rest.

Google User Data

When you connect Google Calendar, Snowball accesses:

• calendar.readonly — to read your calendar events and show availability
• calendar.events — to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf

Snowball's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

Snowball shares your data only with the following third-party services, solely to provide the product functionality described above:

• Google — OAuth sign-in and calendar read/write (your Google account email and calendar data)
• Microsoft — OAuth sign-in and calendar access (if you connect a Microsoft account)
• Supabase — database hosting and authentication (all user data is stored here)
• AI providers (Google Gemini, Cerebras, OpenAI) — your conversation messages are sent to AI models to generate responses. Calendar event titles and times may be included in prompts for scheduling. No data is used to train AI models.
• Exa — search queries when you ask Snowee to look up a person or event (only the search query is sent, not your personal data)
• Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery (your phone number and message content)
• Linq — iMessage delivery (phone numbers and message content)
• ElevenLabs — voice conversation and text-to-speech (audio data during voice calls)
• Deepgram — speech-to-text transcription (audio data during voice input)

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party
• Use your data for advertising or profiling
• Share your Google Calendar data with any party beyond what is needed to provide Snowball's features
• Use your data to train AI or machine learning models
• Transfer your data to third parties for purposes unrelated to Snowball's core functionality

AI and Machine Learning

Snowball uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini, Cerebras, OpenAI) to power Snowee, the AI assistant. Your conversation messages and relevant context (such as calendar availability and contact names) are sent to these AI providers to generate responses.

No Google user data is used to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI or machine learning models. AI providers process your data only to generate real-time responses and do not retain it beyond the duration of the API request.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Disconnect any integration (calendar, channels) at any time
• Control what Snowee remembers through your profile settings
